    I have a DC. It is a nice little smoker. I bought it because I cook for 2 most of the time. It will cook a large butt or small brisket. I also have a Memphis Pro and the DC reaches 550 deg much faster than my Pro. I also bought the DC because my gaser died and it's great for burgers and chicken.

    I have a Memphis Pro and just  bought a GMG DC. I have used pellet smokers for years. Started out with a 075 Texas. I live in St Francisville, LA and I am a big LSU fan.

    The B&B brand are renamed BBQ Delights which I use. Good pellets. Any food grade pellet is OK. Try them and buy the one you like.

    I have a DC and a Memphis Pro. There is a lot of difference. All pellet grills/smokers will have ash. With a DC clean after cooks and put pellets in firebox. When I clean my pro I fill my firebox with pellets.

    There are two test. Take a toothpick and test for tender nest or the bend test. I use the bend test. Google bend test. :)

    Why take a rack off the smoker to rape in in foil when the ribs I smoke are better. You can put butter, brown sugar or what have you on the ribs without foiling.     Don't smoke BB ribs, to lean. Don't foil ribs, to mushy. I cook my ribs at 225 and they are done in about 4 hours.

    The only ribs I smoke 3-2-1 are beef ribs if they are short ribs. Don't try the beef ribs that are less than $2.00 a lb. No meat on them.
