I have a 7 lb boston butt & am allowing 12 hrs in the smoker. I then have halved chicken I want to put in also.
Can anyone advise when to put the chicken in the smoker to be done around the time the butt would come out ?

Has any one used jeff's recipe in chili ? I have a recipe I want to use this in but need some kind of ratio of rub to meat to get
