I hate to put it this way, but you might say I'm an Edjamacted redneck.Love my boats and Jeeps, shooting, and cooking (former bar and restaurant owner.
Just dove into smoking a couple of years ago and had two very bad experiences with Masterbuilt smokers (not a fan of their gear or the people in customer service.. More on that later. I have recently decided to go primal with a cheap charcoal vertical smoker, so I'll be asking alot of questions. big fan of thermapro and have and use several in my cooking. one last thing. About a year ago I died during a heart attack and thanks to my wife and EMS I'm still here. my typing is less than good, so if you think I 'm illiterate or need a dictionary, please bear with me. This liitler into took me 25minutes to type. I usually dictate, but haven't tried my setup with this forum.
