You know it's really funny that you should mention Oneco meats cause thats where I got my prime rib from. Scott is a wonderful person and gave me a good deal. I would much rather do business with the mom and pop stores.

Those are breakfast link sausage wrapped in bacon and rolled in brown sugar. Put em on the smok'r about 3-4 hrs and you have pig candy. Also known as Pig Skinnies
A pig skinny is link breakfast sausage wrapped in bacon and then rolled in brown sugar. Through them on the smoker untill the bacon is crisp about 3-4 hours. You have pig candy that is to die for.

Put your favorite rub on it smoke er to about 180 and you will have a treat you will enjoy. I have had people that do not like spam taste it then want me to smoke some for them.
