    It is my only one. .It appears that perhaps they expanded the plastic . Up until now the units were kept in a tub on our porch . Could it be possible that moisture then expansion from freezing may have happened ? The cost of new probes are about half of a whole new unit . Puzzling for sure !!

    First Smoke - WSM - Kansas City Spare Ribs

    Looks fantastic. I only have 2 cooks under my belt with my WSM. Do you recommend foiling for juicier ribs ? I did not do that the first time but will try the 3-2-1 method on the 2nd attempt. Good choice on the Yuengling !! Lots of great help on this site from the crew. Best of luck this summer...

    Hi everyone. My smoker of choice after reading up on things is a Weber Mountain Smoker 18 1/2 inch,which should arrive this week . Some friends at the hunting camp have prepared fantastic cuts of meat , both beef and wild game . You all have so much good info and sound like a very helpful bunch...
