    9lb pork butt

    Paid 18 bucks for it. Smoking it using the minion method, gonna add some cherry and oak to the coals. I'm using hickory lump coal from academy. I injected the butt with my own version of Cajun butter marinade. Any suggestions to make it better than its already gonna be? Still can't load...

    Lol, maybe wrap em in an ugly Christmas sweater. So it's too cold to grow em but you can't have a friend in Florida send you some. Just crazy.

    I have a ton of kumquats that are on a tree that came with my house. I'd say probably 40-50 lbs or more. I gave them away last year but was wondering if there is anything yummy I could use them for. I'm not into canning or making jams. Any suggestions? Send a box I'll mail ya some lol.

    If the dog chews on the furniture she may be next on the smoker lol. I actually got lucky with my dog, got a rednose pit as a puppy and she is the best dog I have ever had. Lil over a year old now and the only bad thing she does is chase lizards in my backyard.
