Chuck roast burnt ends…..on PBC?
sorry, PBC = Pit barrel cooker. Been on about 1:45 so far at 240, temp up to 160 so far. Looks and smells great. Will update as it goes. -

hey all, jeff's recipe for chuck burnt ends looks amazing. Curious if anyone has done on a PBC, and if so, any learnings on approx time for getting to 190 temp? Thanks!
