From my understanding, it basically is saying that if you slice your meat you can't turn it in rolled up.........slices need to lay flat or overlapping but not rolled.

Size will just depend on the contest. Some have plenty of space available and some are packed in tight.
Most contest will have the size of a "standard" space listed on the cook team application.........there are usually XX number of oversized spots available for those with RVs, large...

Well.......23rd out of 69 teams. 38th in chicken, 12th in ribs, 18th in pork, and 47th in brisket. The chicken has me scratching my head.....the brisket I made sucked so that is about right........ribs and pork were good, just not quite good enough.

Yeah, I hope to be on site before noon, but I am just going to unload and partial setup then go run around with the wife and kids for a while before being there all weekend.
Looks like the weather should be great.
