I'm the band director and North Dakota State University! I've done both marching and concert band over the years (yes, there's a difference).
The grilling and smoking are one of my hobbies that I like to indulge in. When it's summertime, you'll find me on the back deck grilling on charcoal and propane (but I like charcoal better). I have also started to cultivate the art of brewing beer and I'm having fun with that, too.
