    Check out Restaurant Depot right down the street. They have a great selection of meats. And they are open to the public right now because of the pandemic. It filled the void for me when the Costco Business Center in Hackensack shut down.

    They called me today to schedule a delivery on Tuesday. I then checked the tracking and realized that it's now sitting about 5 miles from my house. I'm tempted to call back and see if I can pick it up from UPS directly -- it would be a waste to have to use my MES for Memorial Day weekend.

    Thanks for the info. I just canceled an order on a Traeger Century 885 to get a Rec Tec. Been going back and forth on the 590 v. the 700. I'm definitely leaning on getting the bigger smoker.

    The warranty is what's having me lean that way. And the 700 just looks so much better. And it's probably the right size where I won't need the shelf for all but very rare occasions.

    I'm sold. The only question now is whether I go with the 700 or 590. I don't need the size of the 700 but it's always nice to have. And the 700 seems to be a much better smoker than the 590.
