I have a kamado joe grill and I use a stone made by Primo. I have a local dealer who ordered mine in for for about 70.00. Pricy but I've cooked pizzas @ 750 F and works great. I also use a metal pizza peal with no issues. Hope this helps!
Dae06- That's awesome! I got the same grinder for Christmas but haven't been able to break it out of the box yet! Looking forward to using it and glad that you like it! I recently got an awesome deal on a 5# LEM vertical stuffer! Keep an eye out for a good deal! They are well worth it!
Good morning dog. I've used my jerky gun and applied 19mm mahagony casings to the sausage stuffer end and made awesome snack sticks! I also use high mountain seasoning and follow the ground meat directions to make snack sticks. Good stuff!
You can use the nozzle provided for 19mm casings. I get enough on at once to stuff approx 1/2lb of meat. Slow process but you work with what you got and I've made some good sticks!
Cmayna what are the amounts of brown sugar & salt do you add and how much liquids? You use water? I thinking about trying this out after this falls salmon run we had. Thanks for the help in advance!
