I have the masterbuilt 40 love it set it forget it but i like keepin an eye on it but thats just me,it even has remote control so you can monitor it from in the house,the window it stays clean for about two hours mabe.
I have a weber gas silver two burner have it now 13 years still kickin butt,i'll buy another when it bites the dust.....It has a rotissery half basket for chickens or ribs,but I use my masterbuilt electric smoker for that stuff now,steaks and burgers on the weber gas grill.
I cleaned my smoker after about 10 smokes started with the window but kept on cleanin.rinsed real good and re seasoned it,done,its already dirty again,I think a wood box and a electric skillet would be more easy to not worry about,just leave it dirty.......My nice masterbuilt smoker is something...

I got a masterbuilt 40 inch electric it was $309.00 but i added a cover they have a smaller one for about $280.00 set it and forget it also has a remote control for snowy cold days.
Hey everybody i live in central Fl west coast started with a wood box and a pancake griddle then went to a store bought brinkman gasser and now a masterbuilt 40 inch electric.Turkey day 42 degrees turkey was great.
