Just trying out the new smoker. New here and thought I would post some pics
Chicken thighs were done only with a Lemon Pepper rub.
Legs were a BBQ Rotisserie stylke rub, finished with Sweet baby Rays Hickory and Brown Sugar.
Chops were a KC Masterpiece BBQ Rub, finished with Stubb's BBQ...
Thanks everyone. And Ill post pics and other stuff for you. But mostly at night. I work nights so only do a lot of coooking on nights when I am off. Already got so many ideas to try after reading your posts, I might go broke if the first couple of smokes go OK.
