    I just used my propane UDS today and had no problems maintaining temperatures even in light rain and cold temps. This is the results.

    Here is a little video of my propane UDS. I still need to put the counter top on it, but it runs fine. I put one of those electronic starters on it. I used a Mr. Heater safety shutoff valve and Mr. Heater thermocouple, so I wouldn't blow myself up. Better safe than sorry. Mr. Heater Shutoff...
