Smoker Technicalities
Dave I called around to about 12 roofing companies near me and all of them were unable to help with any sheet metal. What would you say to aluminum flashing? I’ve seen a lot of posts from guys using aluminum, but I can’t find cost effect sheets (~$8psf) from any local retailer.- Dust8713

Ok thanks Dave for the advice. You are not a fan of the cement board? Is a wood interior like cedar or oak not a viable option? I don’t typically smoke anything over 300*. I’m not even really sure what one would smoke over 300*...- Dust8713
