Thanks all for the nice welcome! I've got my first smoke going with a 5 x 8 amps loaded with hickory dust and lit from both ends. I'm smoking a few lbs. of Canadian bacon and a couple lbs. of eye of round thanks to Bearcarvers tutorial! I'll take some pictures of the finished product..Tomorrow... -
