Considering A Kamado
Check out kick ash products. I use the coal basket and ash pan. Very easy. Just shake the basket after use and brush any ash down into the pan. Lift the pan out. Dispose of ash. Replace pan and basket. Load and go. Takes less than a minute. Every thing and one stays clean. Sweet!- dorkboy
