I grow a lot of my own fruit and vegetables. I have a few chickens that produce eggs. I enjoy processing my own meat and make a lot of my own jerky and sausage. It is fun cooking. I try to be as green and sustainable as I can while using common sense. I enjoy a good bourbon with ginger ale. I make wine from the grapes I grow. I smoke with a lot of my own wood that I chip myself. Just like doing stuff for myself and love to be outdoors.
