Hi Names Marcus. Live in Ipswich in Suffolk England Use a Bradley digital had it about six weeks and been using it most weekends since I've had it. Smoked so far ribs pulled pork, chickens (most weekends) done some cold smoking of fish yesterday and some Stilton and a tray of salt. Love it...
