Used my new Good-One Marshall three times and now it’s time for new temp unit. Research has gotten me to three…Tappacue, Thermoworks Signals, and Fireboard 2 drive. And thoughts on these would help me greatly!
I just purchased the Marshall and had a couple of cooks. So far, love it! Still learning, but keeping consistent 230 temp! Damper adjustment and turns on the spendales are the key, just play with them. And largest chunks of lump gives longer burns.
