    I was disappointed in the lack of features. There is minimal information on the website and very few reviews to be found.     The tuna was a little chewy, I may have overcooked it. It was very flavorful though! I cooked it about 10-12 minutes, opened it to check the temperature and it was already 145. I wanted to get it out at 125. I've been using a wireless thermometer but I forgot to charge the battery.

    I bought this smoker. Very well built. However I found it lacking in safety and technical features so I have done some modifications that I will share. The food has been great.
