    I bought a small 2lb brisket to try it before investing some cash in a big one. I put it in about 10a this morning at 225. It stalled about 140 for the last few hours.     Decided to take a crack at a fattie.  I am pretty happy with the results Sausage Eggs Shredded Colby cheese Potato Onion Canadian bacon Bacon wrapped I will do this again for sure.  Already looking forward to leftovers.  My 6 year old wasn't as impressed haha

    How long did the bacon wrap cook for? Did you cook for time or to a certain temp?
