Thanks everyone for the welcome. I will probably be doing a lot of reading and hopefully learning , instead of posting. Today’s plan is to try the prawns ( shrimp) and the peanut dipping sauce that I saw on this forum. Thanks to the OP that put that up.- dingo 0163
