Evening all. So I am struggling with my AMNS. I have the maze tray, filled it with pellets, took the torch to it, and let it burn outside the smoker. Every time I put it in the smoker it goes out. Most of the time, grocers and even Costco, receive just flats, unless it's a cryovac. The fact dude found just points is spectacular. -
