How long can ribs rest? I'm doing St. Louis ribs and once they are done I'm going to my son's football game. I plan to eat after the game. Should I refrigerate or just wrap in foil and leave them out? Thanks!!
Getting ready to smoke a pork loin tomorrow. Cut the pork and stuffed it with the apple pie filling. Was wondering if I should cook it incision side up? Can I stick it directly on the grill? Will the cut time be about 2 hours?
Also, put river rocks in the water pan. Seems to be much easier controlling the temp. I thought being in the desert the water pan was essential. It was difficult getting the temp above 250 with the water.
