    Hey Everyone, Well over the weekend I did more smoking then I have ever done and all in all I would say that it turned out to be a pretty big success. I did  12 pound whole packer brisket (and Burnt Ends) an 8 pound pork shoulder, 10 pounds of wings, and a few bacon wrapped chicken breasts...

    Pulled Pork questions

    I use bone in pork shoulders when I am making pulled pork. A rub I love to use it made by Pork Barrel http://porkbarrelbbq.com/. This is a really good rub with some killer flavor. What separates it from other pork rubs is that fact that it doesn't use any sugar in it. Ill rub my shoulders...
