Party is at six and shure didn't mean for my smoker to get that hot it was a carry over from the last smoke it took forever to get it up to temp so this time I put to much wood in rookie mistake -

I put my butts on at 9 this morning, it's been 5 hrs they are already at 190* my smoker has been running hot all day as high as 290 will my pork be dry I've spritzed it and now I have it raped in foil -
