    Seasonality for Wood Pellets?

    There was both there ..I saw Pellet teams and Stick burner teams. Also I saw last summer at the Jack Daniels BBQ comp there were a few Pellet teams there with Yoders and FEC Pellet grills.

    Lumber Jack pellets are overrated to me as I bought some based on everyone's rave reviews and they were so so and bland. I picked up a bag of B&B Pellets blend so I am going to give it a try as I saw a bunch of guys using B&B at a competition in Alabama.

    Will Pitt Boss ever offer a PID controller ?

    I understand the price point, but it will be nice if they offered one as an add on if someone wanted to take the grill to the next level. Also when a company calls a grill there Pro Series...seriously a China OEM controller is not Pro Series quality at all so Pitt Boss needs to rethink that...

    I know Pitt Boss has PID on there new Platinum, but why not offer a new PID controller for the Pro Series, Austin XL, Sportsman and Navigator. Not everyone wants that Transformer looking Lockhart grill so why offer an upgrade to other PB customers?
