Thanks! Smoked my first brisket Saturday. First I put too much royal oak charcoal in, finally regulated the heat and hickory smokin chunks kept starting on fire. Lol, wasn't too bad and the brisket turned out really nice. Could have been better but for my first time I was very happy as well...
Hi all. I kind of stumbled on this when I bought a grill with a firebox. I like grilling but am as green as they come when it come to smoking meat. I don't even know how to set it up but anxious to learn. Looking forward to smoking my first ribs! Thanks in advance for all the information.
