It's just frustrating I don know if you can tell from the pics on what I might be able to do but I can not get it to draw properly. It smokes just fine but the heat is not even close to mainly used 225 temp
Thank you for the greetings I am really getting into sausage making and other meats as well been in it for a while but with this new smoker it could really go well as long as I can get it to draft properly and throw good heat. I think the main thing right now is damp wood and air flow.
From Missouri just checking things out. Just built a new smoker.its pretty big fire box with 5 to 6 ft. Vault 2 main racks and 4 rods to hang whatever you want from them would like to post a pic so you guys could tell me what you think. First time bulging something like this so of cuse there...
