WSM 14” Uncut Packer Brisket Success!
Just wanted to ease some anxious minds trying to figure out how to do a full packer brisket in a WSM 14” because we all love the little guy! This was a 14.5 pounder and I had read somewhere that you can put a rib rack on its side on the bottom grate and drape the brisket over.- DanielPG1986
