Hello I am smokeinv a 13 lb brisket I started my smokeing last night at 2330 I am using a oaklahoma joe highlander I planed on smokeing this brisket from 2330 last night until 1630 today I took a 1 HR cat nap at 0100 endeded up waking up at 0430 this morning , before I took my little nap I made...- Dangol bojangol
