I am from Syracuse NY and enjoy smoking anything, Hot, Cold or Infused. I even tried to bake donuts at 250 degrees once so I could smoke them at an upcoming event. All I’ll tell you is after an hour I still had white looking uncooked rings in the oven. I mostly use my electric smoker so I can smoke year round in our cold and snowy winters.
