    newbie wants to smoke

You'll find lots of help on this site. I've been coming to this site for a long time and recently decided it's time I return what I know and learned from the folks here SMF. These guys know what they are doing. Propane is good. Charcoal is better in terms of flavor and really understanding how...

    My first BBq sauce

I'm a newbie to the site (visited many many times but just recentrly joined), but I've had a  pation for the smoker and cooking in general for a long time. If you like spicy, try this. Small batch first then go from there. 1/4 cup thin sliced and diced white onion 1/8 butter (salted or not...

My first attempt at smokin' - it's a FATTY!!

My first attempt at smokin' - it's a FATTY!!

I have to say that the presentation looks awesome. It also sounds delicious. This is the one thing I haven't tried ( I'm sure there are a few things I haven't tried), but after reading what you did and how, I may just have to try to smoke one for myself. Good job!

    C. Patton present and accounted for Sir!!!

I know it's an odd introduction but it's a throwback to my service days. My name is Chris. I have been smoking for some time now.
