Brinkmann Replacement Water Pan 812-0004-0 Question
Hey guys I picked up the Brinkmann Replacement Water Pan Model No. 812-0004-0 the other day at Academy. This thing is porcelain coated steel, so my question is, can I drill holes in that and use it as a charcoal basket? Saturday, Saturday, Saturday the "Spring is almost here" smoke session....
Here is a side view of the smoker. Notice the smokestack on the right. That's directly over the firebox. You can see the fire on the lower right. And here is the butt that came off last week. Again, pretty just bland.- clemsonmike323

Saturday, Saturday, Saturday the "Spring is almost here" smoke session....
Well, I got to be honest with you guys. I'm hooked worse than a bass fish on a #4 Gamakatsu. So I started out last year with a El Cheapo SFB Char-griller.
