    Hey guys I picked up the Brinkmann Replacement Water Pan Model No. 812-0004-0 the other day at Academy.  This thing is porcelain coated steel, so my question is, can I drill holes in that and use it as a charcoal basket?  I've gotten all of the other supplies needed to make the modifications on...

    Here is a side view of the smoker. Notice the smokestack on the right. That's directly over the firebox. You can see the fire on the lower right. And here is the butt that came off last week. Again, pretty just bland.
