    Hey all, Florida born and raised. Currently living just outside of downtown St Pete. Love it! Just received a 30" MasterBuilt for xmas. Yesterday I smoked a 3.5 lb whole chicken and some sausages with apple wood. Was great! I did it in a rush as I am still moving into a new home, so no brine...
