    I just bought a charcoal smoker and it has the normal pan in the bottom for the coals and the water pan up above. In betwwen that is a small cast iron smoker box I'm guessing is for the smoked wook chips. There was no booklet or nothing with it since I got the floor model so I'm lookin for some...
