Anyone have a killer fish dip recipe?

Wife loves fish dip and for some reason I couldnt really find a recipe that showed me how hot and long to smoke the fish. I've never smoked fish so any tips are welcome. Thanks for the help!

    First attempt

Finally got a smoker and decided a conrish hen seemed like the easiest thing to first smoke. Had a couple of hiccups but In the end I felt like it turned out really good. I'm definitely addicted to smoking now lol
