I don’t know how far your mailbox is away from the smoker but the closer it’s to the smoker the less heat loss you’ll experience. My smoke generator is flush up to the smoker, nowhere to lose heat at.

Get the smallest turkey you can find. If it’s not enough get 2....or more. LOL. I don’t recommend completely cooking turkey in the MES, it doesn’t get hot enough to cook the skin properly. Not that it’s unsafe but nobody enjoys wet leathery skin. I don’t know how long to leave it the MES but...
