I have a big green egg, It was spendy but worth the money in my opinion. The egg and fire box have a lifetime warranty. I have done all night smokes, grilled steaks and baked pizzas at 700 degree. I have not used the GSOM or the Weber since buying the egg.

Temps starting to rise again, about a three hour stall. I will try posting some Qveiw. I also have a two pound pork rib end roast smoking for backup in case the brisket flops.
I started the brisket at seven this morning, it's a six pound flat. At eleven AM the temp was 156 now at twelve PM the temp is down to 152. The smoker temp is staying at 235, what going on with my smoke.
The smoker and the welds are looking great. Thank's to all for the info and links. One of the builds is on my short list to do, the info on this site will make it a little less daunting task.
I use the manual propane watch device not to monitor propane. I modified it by removing the plastic tank coupling and installing a male quick connect coupling so i could connect my smoker to the weber grill tank that only has a quick coupler connection. This is the only device i found that had...
Will ya be willin to share some drawings or some info on the specs for someone that don't have a clue on how to build one. Just talking about the smoker, allready built some trailors and such. Heck i really don't know what reverse flow is all about but i would like to know if someone is willing...
