    Temp goes up to high at start up and throws an ERR3 code? Seems like the fan is running way to high at start up and takes temp up past the set point?

    Temp goes way too high at start up . Goes way past the set point and throws an ERR3 code. Seems like the fan is running way too high? Please help.
