    Well, Laffy isn't SouthWest Lou but it'll have to do. Y'all are the closest thing to home here. I just picked up a Cajun Express Smoker for a wedding present. Trying it out today. How y'all?

    So I just received my wedding present...a Cajun Express Smoker. I will be attempting to smoke a couple slabs of tuna from a recent offshore trip. Any tips?
