    I had a decent amount of rub left over from my last smoke so I vacu sealed it. Any opinions on if this is good or bad? How long will it keep? New to the vacu sealing stuff, looking for advice.

    I may be wrong but in the past has he not used a rig with a bunch of different smokers (The double insulated). This week he just had a little tent and small smoker.

    I have 2 probes, one for the grate and one for the meat. Heres my first fatty, eggs and hashbrowns. I am happy with the results.
