Masterbuilt pro dual fuel smoker
I bought mine this spring, and have only used chunks in it. Everything I've made (pork shoulders, chickens, pastrami, beef shoulder, pork loin) has been great. Tomorrow will see 12# of bacon, 6# of Canadian bacon, 2 racks of ribs (1 St. Louis, 1 Baby Back) and a chicken. Should be an all day...- butler1850
