Moving towards the light!
The old smoker has died, and the new one is still in the box! I'm in northern Virginia and a wanna be smoke master! The new smoker is a pro series 44 from SAMs club. I'm thinking the biggest I'll have is me:yahoo:! Thanks in advance for all the tips and insight!- burntender
