    First batch

    Turned an old fridge and stove into a cold smoker. Rainbow trout turned out pretty good. Took about 24 hours of maple sawdust smoldering away. Moist and delicious. This was my first batch after years of not smoking. How I missed it!

    So I like to do cold smoking but find the pellets I buy don't smolder the best. So I filled a 5 gallon bucket 1/4 full then half full of water.
