    No. I left it closed the whole time. Finally just turned it up to 275 and got done. Tasted good but not as juicy as it should of been.

    Been smoking 5 big chicken breat for almost 3 1/2 hours at 250 and been stuck in the 152-156 temp range for an hour.

    Been reading a lot on this site. Love all the info and suggestions everyone gives each other. Just bought a MES 30 and just got done seasoning it. Going to start small with some chicken breast but can't wait to do some brisket. Ready to start smoking!!!!!
