    Part of brisket was sticking out of cure

    Brisket flat was in basically the AmazingRibs corned beef cure for two weeks. Was going to smoke and make pastrami.     New " Jersey " group

    Home-ground chuck burgers cooked in cast iron skillet in my Egg, potato wedges, ancho buttermilk onion rings. Admittedly this was on Saturday cuz just doing some dogs today ;) Quick chicken pho yesterday.
