This has been a really helpful thread. I bought the Traeger 22 this hear but I think that next year I would switch to a Masterbuilt Gravity Series. I think the smoke would be easier to generate and the charcoal with wood chinks would be good. Anybody use a gravity smoker ??

I never saw gravity fed as an option when searching the web. I'm going to look into it. I'm looking for something that's easy. The pellet seem to have a lot of issues with the hopper going on fire. Thanks for the info
