    Pardon the possibly stupid question, but what is the gen 2.5? How do I tell, when going to purchase one, that it is gen 2.5? Also, what makes the 2.5 better?

    Due to travel/family spread out, we are doing Thanksgiving today. I put a 22lb turkey in the smoker this morning at 4:30am (Masterbuilt says it should be 30min/lb at 225F).I went out after 3 hours and checked the meat probe and it said it was 180F. What the hell???
